Jess provides the most personal and homely place for our dog to stay! Our Cockerpoo goes regularly for one day a week and for occasional weekends/holidays and just loves going. Jess is so dedicated and determined to provide a wonderful environment for them all and, as a first time dog owner, she has always been so supportive and reassuring to us. She is so kind and thoughtful and knows each dog just like her own. I cannot recommend her enough.

Jess is incredible! She cares for each dog as if it's her own. My boy has major anxiety issues but has been going to Jess since he was a year old (and he is now nine), and he shows absolutely no signs of anxiety at all when there. He is always so excited to see Jess and her family - to him, they are his family! The set-up is incredible. So much attention to detail with fencing and security, and loads of lovely space for the dogs to run around in! There is plenty of cosy chill/sleep space, too. Jess shows such incredible care for the dogs. Taking time to get to know them as individuals, and she is trained in animal first aid. She is also an incredible groomer! My boy is my absolute world and I don't know if I could leave him with anyone else, but I know with Jess he is incredibly safe and incredibly happy! I cannot recommend Jess highly enough!!!

We’ve been using Jess for both day care and holiday care for several years now, and our dog absolutely loves every moment spent there. Jess is incredibly kind and knowledgeable—everything she does is centred around the dogs' wellbeing. She truly goes above and beyond. Jess looks after Archie like he is her own. He loves going to stay and never looks back when we drop him off. He is always happy when around her and her lovely family. We are lucky to be able to leave him with her. I would highly recommend.

I have been using Jessica’s pet care for day care and grooming for nearly 8 years , Jess is amazing with the dogs and I wouldn’t leave Holly with anyone else , she genuinely cares about our dogs and they are so relaxed in her care , Holly looked great as always following her groom today .
